Eat - Not just crisps and chocolate but by eating well this will in itself make your body feel better.
Exercise - This is a good method to relieve any pressure or stress you may have.
Have some you time - Make sure you build time into each day to relax and do something you enjoy.
Ask for help - There is nothing embarrassing about struggling from time to time, most people do but not all ask for help.
